Pretzels were awesome. My family and I went there at around 1:30 but there was only one kid working when I usually see about 2-4 people working when it’s busy. Saw about 2 people complaining because service was taking longer than usual but I understand, the kid was literally running around doing everything they can. Giving 5 stars for that worker and the pretzels!

I love Mr. Pretzel but after not having one for 5 months I stopped in today. They are bigger in area size but they are way to thin. I noticed they are overcooked in color and dry. I mentioned it to the young girl but she didn’t really respond. I really think that a pretzel should be thicker and chewy not skinny and hard. I would of given them 5 stars before.

They sell soft large pretzels (Probably around the size of 2 hands or more.) here for 3.75 tax. They have salty and sweet flavors. Salty - Salted, Napolitano(parmesan and italian spices), Toscano(parmesan, red pepper), Parmesan, Roasted Garlic. I prefer the salty ones, they all taste good. They give out samples. Sweet - Nutella, Vanilla and Strawberry, Caramel, Cinnamon and Sugar. (These are the only ones I remember). They make it fresh right in front of you. From the dough, and watching them folding the pretzel is really cool. Pretzels are thick and soft. But it will depend on who is working the shift. Drinks there are a bit overpriced. Just get from mcdonalds. But overall, i recommend.

Employees need more training on customer service. It took a solid minute and half for the employees to take my order. They just kept on playing around and joking with each other. I had at least 3 people waiting behind me. Might be this shift as the location seems to have good reviews.
