Really wish I could do negative ratings after speaking with work on the phone. Was happy with their work when I initially went in but called and asked for my receipt they had no record of and I was told he didn't have time to sit and look it up to help me with my receipt cause he's loosing money by talking to me on the phone. Clearly they are money focused.

Fast, polite, professional and friendly service from both Mike and Pierre of MP Auto! My check engine light came on, so I googled for nearby garages and MP Auto showed up. I prefer supporting a small local shop rather than the big box automotive centers or dealerships. Mike answered my call and said he could see my car right away. He was truly appreciative of my business, and his advice was so honest and helpful. I will be going back when I am in the city and need work done. Thank you!

I brought my Nissan here about a week ago to have a second opinion on my transmission after the dealership gave me the run around. The person that I spoke to was super helpful and didn’t even charge me to take a look. I was recommended to MP Auto by a friend of mine that also had a great experience here. I definitely recommend for quick, honest and courteous service. I will definitely be back!
I don't typically write reviews because I don't think good work should be commended, I believe it should be expected. However there are those who go above and beyond what is necessary, and they need to be mentioned. I brought my car in last minute as it was on its last leg. They found the problem immediately, and I was charged exactly what I was quoted. I was up and running on the same day, and on top of it all, they were able to fix a flat tire with 10 minutes to go before the long weekend. They kept me in the loop with everything, and they now have a customer for life.

Stopped in at MP autoshop to get some work done on my car, I’d never been as I’m new to the area. And I must say I was pleasantly surprised! MP auto is run by a father son duo, both very knowledgeable on any and all questions I had concerning the issues I was having with my car and were able to fix them in a timely, skilled and professional manner. I’d definitely recommend these awesome guys if you’re looking for a family run auto mechanics shop that know exactly what they’re doing!
