We rented a canoe for the weekend and decided to try fishing Payne. We hooked several beautiful trout while exploring the clear warm waters. The views of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking. It took us 20 minutes of hard paddling to get from the little islands back to the boat launch. Can't wait to go back and explore again.

First time camping at Payne Lake, beautiful, clean, place to camp. Definitely recommend for the price. Close drive to Waterton National Park. Spectacular view of the lake and mountains.

Lake was beautiful, campsites in a loop were nice and private and mostly quiet. Bathrooms were closed tho which is whack
