Thank you so much for installing our samsung frame! We had a great customer experience with Roger and his team. They were very professional and efficient. They are absolutely knowledgeable about everything and anything AV. They answered all my questions and concerns, and communicated really clearly and quickly. The TV installation is top notch. I would definitely recommend Mountain Sound to family and friends and am looking forward to using their services again in the future.

I've had the pleasure of having Roger in my home fixing my electronic nightmares numerous times over the last 17 years and have found him to be polite, respectful of my home and myself and extremely proficient in setting up my home audio system. I've also found him to be very diligent in answering any questions I have any time that I've phoned him. I highly recommend this business and Roger!
I have gone to Roger several times over the last decade, he is always straight forward, informed and professional. He is passionate about the field and he makes things work that seem impossible. If Roger says something doesn't work or isn't worth spending the man hours, then that is how it is. I will definitely go back to Roger for my next project

horrible, horrible customer service and overall experience. The owner, Rodger Duarte, convinced me and my husband that he could set up our equipment which is a Beo Vision High End Television. After he was in my home for an hour, made a huge mess, drank my san palegrino and didn't even say thank you, he said there was nothing he could do but still wanted to charge me full price. Being a single woman and alone, I felt awkward and all I had was a 100 which he took without hesitation, leaving me empty handed. A few hours later, I wanted to see if he would try and do the right thing by offering to come and set up another TV I had so I texted him asking if he would consider. He replied very rudely that he and his family were out spending my 100 on dinner. The next day he called and spend a good 10 mins insulting me and telling me there was no way he was going to help me. I work on commission and this is the worst experience I have ever had.
