Blake is very knowledgeable and friendly. Our hot tub repair was very unique as the problem was due to the wrong jets being installed when tub was refurbished. This caused a water flow error the jets were restricting the flow due to the openings being too small. Blake had identified this issue quite quickly. His service didn't end there as he also informed me that filter system was missing a small but important piece that allows the filter to filter properly. Thanks to Blake the tub is working better than ever.
