I posted a poor review 4 months ago, saying that management should consider changing who they have at the front desk. I am posting a new review because my experiences have changed for the better! I am so happy with my doctor's new secretary. She returns phone calls right away, is very professional, and kind. I no longer have to wait days for a call back. Great service!

good doctors but terrible support staff.. the receptionists NEVER pick up - IF you get a call back it will be a day or 2 later.. they will call using Blocked caller ID so you wont even know if you missed the doctors call for something important.. when we have raised our concern in person in the past we have gotten a shrug and \ we are busy \ .. guess average folks like us cant do much more but vent on reviews.. but if i get one person to steer clear of them i will feel like i have done my civic duty

Although the office is extremely clean and well-kept, the whole office lacks time-management and customer service skills. I recently had an early appointment and I went up to the reception desk. The receptionist ignored me while she looked through her purse for her phone. I was literally standing there for a good 5 minutes before she even acknowledged me. Additionally, I was called in to the see the doctor 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Like, why book an appointment if they are just going to call you in when they feel like it? This doctor's office has potential, but it's time they stepped up their game

The doctors are actually excellent, however, that is only IF you are able to book an appointment to eventually see a doctor. The reception staff is incredibly rude and not at ALL compassionate towards patients.

I've been with this practice for over two years. Even though I have been assigned to a family doctor, I have only seen her once. Doctors keep taking leave, I was bumped to three other doctors and was misdiagnosed three times. My swab has been lost. Terrible medical service. I'm looking for a different family doctor. Avoid this place.
