They flawlessly removed the dent, and the even touched up some paint chips around my vehicle without asking; in which I was going to return my business for the future. From beginning to end I enjoyed the service they provided. From their initial friendly and professional customer service approach to their final end result of their work on my car, there is honestly nothing i can say bad about them. First time conducting business with someone in the auto business where they set and meet all expectations with regards to, quality of work, end result promise and total price quote which was the same from assessment. I had my doubts at first when I was quoted the initial price because I've shopped and they were considerably low compared to all others. I thought it was the usual \fish in the client\ with low initial quote then by the end it's much higher. However, I paid exactly what the initial quote was not a penny more. I highly encourage the use of their service for they are, competent in their craft, friendly, professional and most importantly honest. This is a formula for gaining and maintaining repeat business. Legit!!! This shop is the real deal. Very reasonable price. If you're a person who is very meticulous when it comes to your car, then this is the place to be. Shoutout to Theodore, very professional, real person and best in what he does. Hands down. Thanks! At first, I was hesitant to check them out because of the perfect 5 star rating, i mean is that possible? Now I know, it is really possible and i know why and have experienced it. I called PDR along with 8 other body shops for a quote (someone had backed up into my front-left fender, leaving a tennis ball-sized impact/dent). Theodore was the one who responded to my call. He not only gave me the most reasonable quote of the bunch, but also invited me to have the repair performed, same day, with no appointment booked. I am very pleased with the quality of service, the repair itself and the cost. I would highly recommend!
