If I were ecco retail stores manager, I would like to know that the process for back orders does not work properly. I am an ecco lover fo over 10 years. One of these loyal clients.. I came in store to buy another pair of shoes (all black ST.1). The pair of my size available in store had a defect so local staff have ordered a new pair for me. After a week of waiting I passed by to pick up the shoes and surprisingly was offered to buy the same defected pair from last week. Call me one of these over-conservative stubborn guys, but I still believe that ecco shoes are supposed to be perfect from out the box. I was offered to wait another week for new order (this time 100%!) Today, a week later, I passed by and .. was told that something went wrong again. Local store staff were unable to get a new pair for me because of some “unbalanced stock” problem. New pair was never shipped to my store because it would then require to balance the stock. All of these weeks my model and size was available online but today is out of stock.. To summarize the story, I have ordered the shoes in store and paid for it, waited for a week, disappointed, waited for another week and in the end remained without desired shoes. And all of this not because items deficit but because poorly organized processes where retail stores compete with each other leaving loyal client frustrated and disappointed. I would like to thank the store staff for their client oriented approach and emphasize their friendly and professional attitude. Now I have no more options than exploring competitors assortment for the season.. Hope that my feedback will be helpful.

They are nice just at the time of selling but after when an issue happens they don't care are all and they won't try for customer satisfaction.their guarantee is useless and they trying to repel any complain and don't accept their mistakes. I would never go to that store
