Staff went out of their way to help me find a style I wanted and worked for me. When my glasses broke they were really helpful in getting the warranty to cover brand new frames. The exam was very thorough as well.

I came in for an eye exam and the staff were very friendly. They started with some preliminary tests and then I saw the optometrist. She was also very nice and patiently explained each test and their significance. Their rates exceeded my extended benefits coverage and I ended up paying about 1/3 of the costs out of pocket but I think that's more to do with my benefits plan.
I can't say enough good things about this place. I'm super sensitive to my glasses so if something isn't quite right they really bother me. They worked with me until my glasses worked with no pressure and total concern that i get my prescription right. They take the whole process very seriously and are beyond thorough. I recommend them to everyone.
Really great costumer service and felt safe during covid. Karen was awesome and super informative. I walked out knowing a lot more about my eyes! She was great, along with the other staff members. I would recommend this place and I will be going back :)
Dr Jessica Chan is so knowledgeable and a true professional and the most caring. She went above and beyond to help me with adjusting my magnification loupes which Was not even purchased from them. Highly recommend her.
