Car still quite wet after dry cycle with soap residue still on it in places

I do not recommend this car wash.. it broke and bent my license plate and to get it replaced it's gonna cost me 60tax. When I called the owner he yolt me he's not responsible for it and told me I should have tightened my plate.
Always out of soap or tire cleaner or ect. Change machine tips you off every time
