tl;dr - Great place, staff & pricing. Will shop here again. Ran out of black toner in the middle of a print run and did the quick staples & best buy look up, then did a local search and found ITS Office Pro. A quick search on their site showed that they dealt in toner for my Samsung printer, along with many others, and the price was slightly less so saved me money & a drive. I called and quickly found that they stocked it and were able to set it aside for me. Street parking was available right outside the store front. The woman that served me was very friendly & knowledgeable, had me verify the model of the toner & printer before completing the purchase which saves everyone time and headaches. She even went over and above in customer service in which I am earning my dime. Lots more going on here than just toner for printers, worth stopping in and having a look to compare.
