Kelly Neal & Joe we can't thank you enough, these three made losing our loved one less stressful, they absolutely take on your burden so you as a grieving family don't have to. They think of all the big & little things from picking out the perfect urns for our mother Nancy's ashes, to making sure all her children spouses & grandchildren all have a piece of her. Thank you Kelly for the jewelry you helped us get, to you suggesting we put our mothers signature on the backs that was extra special to us all. What a wonderful keep sake, we are forever greatful. I highly recommend this funeral home over any other. Larger city funeral homes or big corps they rob you blind, they nickel & dime you for everything and the last thing they care about is your loss. We are so greatful to have moved our mother from London to Mt.Brydges best decision we made. Thank you to Kelly Neal and Joe for making that transition happen smoothly. Kelly Neal Joe had such patience with us even in the middle of a pandemic they allowed us a grace period for payment which they in no way had to do for us, as they had just built this beautiful hall just before the pandamic hit. We were so greatful to be able to use their beautiful new facility, our mothers funeral was flawless they went above and beyond for our family.
