We spent the day at Ladies Retreat Spa for the Extreme Massage package. The place is wonderfully set up as a house converted to a spa in a quiet town. The special touches with your own blanket, water bottle, slippers were all appreciated. Eman did an amazing job on all of my services and would definitely recommend visiting this spa.
Ladies Retreat Spa was a wonderful experience shared with a friend on a girls relaxation getaway. The staff is amazing very warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Serena & Robyn for giving us such a beautiful relaxing experience.
We had a really nice and relaxing day! The property is very nice and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My biggest disappointment to the day was that there is a hidden 10% service fee that we were not told about what. When I inquired about it on my bill - we were told it was to cover the costs of robes, towels and the use of the hot tub. However I find most spas include those things in the price of the facial or massage or whatever procedure. They are part of running a spa business - and if it was optional I wouldn’t have used the hot tub for that cost or brought my own robe. The other downside was that the change rooms are all walls made out of curtains so I did find it very difficult to get all “4” sides closed enough to feel like others coming in wouldn’t get a sneak peek. We had a few younger teen girls with us and the especially found the change rooms uncomfortable. But all in all the day was good and relaxing and I would consider returning with a group of friends.
Wonderful spa experience! Great staff! Their 'Fall into Relaxation' package is an amazing deal! Highly recommend this spa! Great to have a place like this so close to Guelph.
