Unfortunately after filling out the flushot form on line, receiving a code and making an appointment,we arrive at the drugstore to find out it doesn’t work to fill out the form on line. Apparently the drugstore in Morden do not receive the information. So we needed to fill out the form again. Is it just the Morden store? We received very good service from the very busy pharmacist.

My wife called the cosmetics department (Sunday, Sept.15 at 2 pm) to ask whether you have nose piercing jewelry. The employee on the other line sighed and replied:\I would say no\. My wife asked again if the store has any piercing jewelry at all and the employee said o\. We decided to go to the store and check it out for ourselves and we immediately found the piercing jewelry as soon as we walked into the building. It seems that either the employee on the phone was unaware or she just didn't care, but at the very least she could have been a little more polite on the phone.

Owner /pharmacist always goes above and beyond to help me , I am disappointed that my female pharmacists both left . I’d like to see some local people work here ... it’s nice to see a business support the community they’re in . Nice clean store and I love all the presidents choice products. There are some very nice and helpful people working in this clean , covid safe store

I was freshly discharged from the hospital and needed meds. My sister went in to fill the script while I waited. They gave her a really hard time and forced me to drag myself and my walker inside to pick up. The pharmacy is as far from the door as possible. When I finally got there the dude at the pharmacy couldn't figure out how to use my credit card and had to go and ask someone else to help. That person left me standing there while he went back and forth refusing to come and help. I was hurting and incredibly put out. The only reason I went there at all was because they were the only place open on Sunday. I won't go back.
