Ticket Rocket has yet to issue refunds to a large amount of ticket purchasers for cancelled shows in Moose Jaw. I for one will not purchase tickets from them ever again. What they have done is criminal and they aren't even being held accountable.

Looks great from the outside but is very underwhelming for a concert setting. Sound was not good.
They need to get better with the website, it always crashes on me! Especially when I am trying to get ZZTop tickets !

Good facility for hockey and concerts. Jumbotron is a nice touch for replays, kiss cam, etc. Escalator is well used and appreciated. Seats are very hard and uncomfortable. Food is insanely expensive and lines can be at least 20 minutes long. Concourse can get very congested and difficult to maneuver a stroller or wheelchair. Music is much too loud at intermissions during hockey, hard to talk and visit. Parking is very inconvenient and can be dangerous crossing so many streets especially with kids or for the elderly.
Great venue for the concert I saw. Excellent views... Not a bad seat in the entire place! I will be back!
This is a great place for events. I would recommend it to anyone!
