Rented a Tux for a wedding, apparently the employee who plugged it into the system back in August swapped the jacket size with the pant size. While the two people working today did everything they could to fix the situation last minute (and did so admirably I might add), i couldn't help but leave today with a sour taste and pants that are definitely too big. When I first put in my down payment the lady working only eyeballed my measurements from behind the desk, which i remember thinking was a tad risky at the time. Now I realize after today, this was not standard procedure and lead to the sizing issue I'll have to deal with at tomorrow's wedding. Can't recommend Moores for a rental, seems that if they get it wrong, you're SOL.

I wanted custom suits for me and my groomsmen. Went in mid January, Ashley the rep who helped us did an awesome job, was patient with such a big party, also made sure to have all the info needed for the groomsman who lived in another city. Fast forward to the last two weeks; the suits came in, minor alterations were done with ease and pretty quick. Today, picked up the custom suit: fit perfectly, looked awesome; Ashley wasn’t there but the other rep (Michael) stepped right up, and didn’t skip a beat. The store was BUSY, but everyone was looked after like they were the only person there. Couldn’t have asked for better service, quality, or price.
