I recently had the opportunity to visit the farm on August 21 2020 with my family. We were greeted by the warm welcome of the owners Brad and Donna and their two lovely dogs. Brad graciously gave us a complete tour of the facility, while showing us all the animals and beautiful land. Brad shared with us many insightful bits of knowledge and wisdom about the operation. It is clear the animals here are taken care of with incredible care and provided a great pasture to live on, they a huge property where the animals can graze and explore. The multi-paddock rotational grazing grass fed/finished beef is of the highest quality, and the pork, chicken, eggs are also far superior to grocery store foods. The farm also has maple syrup and honey which are delicious. I highly recommend supporting the local farmers of Echo Valley Ranch, the quality farming here makes for the highest quality food, while at the same time being stewards of the soil and its biodiversity

All natural. Organic. You can't get the kind of quality any where else. Customer service is excellent.
First time there on Friday October 19th. Bought a few choice cuts to \taste\. I (we) are very pleased. Tender, lean, just like pastured beef should be. Will be back for chicken, and more beef. Likely try their eggs as well. Highly recommended, well done Brad Martin.
