Friendliest and most helpful pet store in town! I took my puppy here and the staff were extremely helpful in making sure I got the right kibble for her by giving me like 6 samples of food to ensure it was going to agree with her before I made a purchase. I’m a customer for life!

This has been for Lily and me our go to place. They are very caring and knowledgeable. They give you samples when you want to try new raw food. Lily, the expert, highly recommend her grocery store to all her furry friends.
Ordered dog food and a supplement online at 11 pm, well after they were closed. Free delivery and they did exactly what they said they would. Got it here the nezt day, called when it was on the way and when they got here. Great service. Easy to navigate the website. Well done!
Couldn’t find a US product anywhere in Canada, at least not for triple the price. Delighted to find it here for a very reasonable cost. A fantastic selection of supplements, delivered right to my door in record speed! I even received a phone call 30 mins prior to delivery to let me know that it was on its way. Excellent service and all-around experience! Would give 6 stars if I could.
Had a little mix up with the first delivery but they made it right and sent some wild salmon snacks with it that my dog is loving. Online store prices are comparable to big sites like Amazon so no reason not to shop and support local!
