Called to look into just resources and was poorly greeted. I was asked if I had applied for bc housing and immediately spoken down to being asked \so why are you calling me\, I hardly had the opportunity to Express I was just looking and researching resources in the community. Instead I was told off and dismissed as if I had committed a heinous crime. A lot of people are struggling with the housing crisis and its apparent that many organizations are backlogged and it was grossly disappointing to be told off instead of politely advised that Moody's landing cannot be of assistance at this point of time.
