Awful experience. Purchased two premium seat bundles that included merchandise the day of the show, having selected these seats specifically from their interactive seating map. Got an email confirming the same. My husband and son got to the show, only to be told that I had purchased regular tickets and were refused the additional gift! Called customer service, who essentially told me the same, despite forwarding them the email that clearly states that they are premium seat bundles. Did NOTHING for me. What a horrible experience, not to mention for my husband and my son at the show! What a horrible way to conduct 'business'. I will go anywhere else possible to purchase tickets before ever using Ticketpro again.

Asks WAY too much personal info, encourages you to login with facebook so they can durther track your info. I filled it all out only to find out the tickets DID NOT WORK and I had to buy at the event ticket counter anyways. Will now seek refund. DOES NOT SAVE TIME. Avoid at all costs.

Awful online purchase experience. Crashed servers and no one willing to help over the phone . Poor customer service, if any . Your system is outdated, you should leave the ticket sales to ticket masters, never had an issue !
