I have worked for Xguard for around 3 months and half of these reviews are written by the supervisors themselves. This is not a company this is a buddy system. If you would like to rise in a company this is not the one. The only way you can rise within the company is to be “buddys” with them. This security company is a joke, the people you will work with are unprofessional and act like children. They send someone new that you must train every other week. The supervisors come to visit every once in a while for 2-3 mins and leave. If you have friends in this company who happen to be a supervisor you’re in luck. Other than that do not bother
