Even if I had a good impression when they first visited to make an estimation for the repairs, I do not recommend this company, especially if you need them to manage projects involving several repairs. They had to come to our condo building a few different times because they had trouble managing their schedule to arrive at the time we agreed upon, they would forget to do some of the repairs, or they had to leave before completing all the repairs. When trying to discuss those issues, the staff was not receptive and that does not make me want to interact with them again. I gave up trying to have them come back to finish up the work to our satisfaction.
Have a duplex that I fully rent in Rosemont / Villeray area (Montreal). Every time I call this company for minor repairs / adjustments, I get excellent service, they are fast and reliable. They work well and they know what they do. Price is fair. I will continue to call them, great local company.
