There is one thing about the date to execute the project; I should get a more precise timing window when the project can be started. Other than that everything else is perfect. Excellent brickwork done by the workers (5 stars). Unfortunately their subcontractor was very sloppy and I had to threaten them in order to get their work fixed (1 star). But now, I am very happy with the results-my house is really beautiful.
Dès ma demande de soumission, Jocelyn de Restaure-Action à pris rapidement contact avec moi pour organiser la soumission (versus plusieurs autres qui ont pris pas mal de temps!) Christian a bien cerné ce qui avait besoin d’être réparer sur la façade de notre triplex en brique. Pendant les travaux ils ont bien communiqués les petits travaux additionnelles qui devait être fait. Bernard et William ont fait une excellente job! Je viens de refaire tous les joints de brique et autres réparations de maçonnerie sur ma maison. J'ai reçu de Restaure-Action un service professionnel, courtois et efficace. De l'étape de la soumission jusqu'à la fin des travaux, tout était bien coordonné. Les maçons étaient ponctuels, minutieux, et soucieux de mes demandes. Le chantier était supervisé de façon régulière. Le produit final est impeccable. Je recommande.
