I'm writing my review on my daughter's gmail account. My name is Evena and I have been going to this clinic since May, and I don't have problems with them. Throughout my whole back pain process, my back is getting better, the people over there are nice, the service is nice. I have no complaints whatsoever , very satisfied.

I tried the physio therapy at this clinic and I am not even sure if the person that saw me was an actual therapist. I did not find her to be very professional and she worked on my back problem for only about 5 minutes which did nothing to help me. I went to see an osteopath the next day and he worked on my back and whole body for 45 minutes and my pain was gone that same day. This is not the place to go if you have a serious problem.

Horrible experince. I booked an apointment through a phone call and showed up the day of to find out that it was never penciled in. Upset, I spoke to the manager who then offered me a massage to compensate for the experince. When I showed up today for my new apointment I was seen later. The physio was okay but the massage was horrible. I was promised a one hour massage but it started at 2:42 (Was suppose to start at 2:30) and it ended at 3:25. Ridiculous. Throughout the massage the headboard kept breaking and I left without any tension relived. Stay away from this place, 0/10

Très mauvaise expérience. L'endroit sent l'humidité, n'est pas très propre et pas du tout intime (pas de place entre les tables, on se croirait à l'urgence). La physiothérapeute n'était pas du tout professionnelle, en retard à chaque fois et elle finit le traitement à l'avance. On paye pour 1h, mais on a plutôt droit à 35-40 minutes de traitement.

Pire expérience de physiothérapie (sur Ontario). Endroit non invitant (odeur de renfermé), personnel non professionnel et aucune intimité (sauf une pièce au fond avec les bruits de laveuse/sécheuse). Je ne recommande pas.
