Cheaper price comes with cheaper quality. Worst experience ever! Bought a sofa bed about a year ago for which part of the frame broke. They \supposedly \ have a 3 yr warranty on the frames. Contacting the company is a hassle and draining. It's been over a month now that I have been trying to get somewhat of an answer from them! They are fast to get your money, but there is no costumer service whatsoever. I don't recommend this company at all!!!
Worst warranty ever..... we bought a convertible sofa last year and a wooden part broke already after just a few use for guest sleeps..... very difficult to get in touch with the customer service, it's been 2 months we're waiting for an answer about a part covered by warranty as per the selling contract..... Don't buy there, the quality is cheap and worst customer service we have faced.... they just don't answer.
I live in a condo in Toronto and the elevator booking rules are quite strict, so I had to order everything from the same store so that I only need to book the elevator once. Decided to buy from an online store since it's so much cheaper, but wasn't sure what to expect as this is my first time doing so. I estimated how the furniture would look like in my condo by putting paper cut to the furniture's size on my floor, and hoped for the best. The furniture came in about a week after ordering, and the delivery company called me in advance to confirm the date and set up a time. All in all really pleased, the quality is excellent (especially for the price!!) and my friends keep asking me where I bought them. One even said my place looks like a model condo! Two thumbs up - keep up the great work!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for functional, stylish and affordable furniture! The website is easy to navigate - the customer service and responsiveness has exceeded our expectations and the furniture itself is of high quality and durability. We've purchased a bed, entertainment unit and now a coffee table. I think a sofa is next!
