We order from Kittel regularly because they have excellent customer service and clearly communicate their passion for fresh coffee. They roast and mail it out immediately so that when we get it in the mail it is still fresh. Oh and they don't charge for shipping over 30 of coffee purchased. this is awesome because we live rural and don't have options for high quality coffee unless we are willing to pay exorbitant amounts of money for shipping.
