called to get a replacement hearing aid and was told they wont do nothing to help because they are not the one who is the original doctor and needs to go see his original one... wich is closed due to covid. guess there is no hearing for some ppl

I have brought my mother to this office for a few years. She adored Alex and was very upset to find out he and secretary had left last year. Melany was always helpful in taking over the file with all of our needs and I was informed she has left now also. There is something with this office since everyone has left. It’s been hard to get anyone to answer the phone and near IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment for my mother. This isn’t the service we used to receive. Surely time to forget this groupe ...

I purchased the top of the line pair of Unitron hearing aids from Forget in August of 2014 and over the next years they stopped working repeatedly and were replaced under guarantee more than once. My warranty expired in August of 2018 and both hearing aids stopped working again, shortly after. Being out of the country at the time, I could only return to Forget in April of 2019 and was told My 7200 hearing aids would need be replaced or I could have them repaired, once again, but this time at my cost, estimated in the 1700 range. Given the price I paid, the frequent breakdowns and replacements I’ve endured and the fact that I was told they had been replaced by new ones only 2 years ago I find both the product (Unitron) and the supplier (Forget) to be wanting. Since writing this review, Forget have responded and replaced my defective hearing aids and added a 6 month guarantee. I am thankful to Forget but still uncertain of the dependability of the Unitron hearing aids. Here’s hoping.
