I’ve been trying to communicate since 30 days with someone in this embassy, no one pick up the phone and also I wrote them and I have not been replied, I do not understand their customer service that they are paid for, I’m questioning what are they doing in this place. Are they doing their job or they try to resolve problems from Chile or they are too busy to answer a damn phone call from a customer.

The most wonderful consulate I have ever visited! Helpful, good-humored, and considerate of all who come through their doors, Chilean and non-Chilean alike. Unlike their counterparts in, say, New York, they answer the phone when you call them, and seem determined to reflect the hospitality of their beautiful country; the consul himself emerged to ask how he could make the experience better for all their guests. ¡Impresionante!

Professional service and great assistance from the Consulate. We travelled from another province for some paperwork, and they went out of their way to assist us. Moreover, even though they had some technical difficulties, they were able to resolve it and complete the documents.
