The doctor I see here is great but the administration staff leaves much to be desired. An example: I was called in for an appointment a few months ago only to be told they called the wrong person. A second example: they moved, but didn't feel the need to inform me of that fact. The move was also yesterday, so I'm unsure as to why the person I booked my appointment with didn't feel the need to tell me. When I told them about it, they seemed taken aback that I had mentioned it. No apology or anything! If I didn't have my family doctor here I think I would avoid this place altogether. As I type this I've been waiting 30 minutes and I haven't even seen the nurse yet.

My opinion and also responding to other comments left here: Many places have a waiting time.... but in this case, the best comes to those who wait! I wait my turn and book my appointment in advance with a smile. This is the only place (along with a specialist close by recommended by my doctor at medimax) that FINALLY DIAGNOSED ME ! 14 years (half my life) I have gone to doctors and specialists and have been to emergency rooms...... if only I had known about this place sooner! The doctors here are "old school" and do the best they can do. General medicine and of all sorts, Cardiologists, Radiology... They did for me what other doctors all over montreal did not.... diagnose me! I will never forget this place and recommend to everyone I know! Thank you!

I rate this place ZERO STARS...they advertise to be open until 7pm, that's a huge lie...I went twice this week, once at 5:30p and the other time at 2:30p and was turned away both times to learn that their day ends WHENEVER THEY FEEL LIKE. And the receptionist are super unpleasant...AVOID AVOID AVOID
