I recently switched over my Videotron cable, internet & landline telephone service to One Touch. The owner Mohammed and his wife were extremely helpful and professional. The price was a big savings from what Videotron was charging. I recommend folks to check out this company. In my opinion it is worth the time to visit the store and find out for yourselves.

The worst ever..... say they close at 7pm and closed shop at 6 and wouldnt even talk to me just looked at me thru the window. I had a very important package they wouldnt even give me the time of day

BE CAREFUL, make sure you follow up when they don't get back to you and DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING IN ADVANCE UNTIL YOUR ISSUE IS RESOLVED. After 3 weeks of waiting period to fix the keyboard on my laptop (i paid in advance and they asked me to do so), i went back to the store, they said that the order for the keyboard was cancelled and they will get back to me in 2-3 days finding more affordable option. 6 more days passed by, i went back to the store again and I said that i wanted my money back since i still didn't get my problem resolved. They didn't reimbursed me. They still charged me for the system format (which in this case they initially told me that the problem was KEYBOARD.) and obviously there was no apology for such a long delay. Again, be careful and make sure not to pay for anything in advance before you resolve your issue.
