We stopped in here last June as we visited Montreal during our 3 month trek across wonderful Canada. A fantastic place to pick up that special souvenir to take home with you. Stop in and see for yourself. Nice shop.

It surely has everything a tourist is looking for - but the personnel is probably too well paid to take care of the customers need. I’ll definitely recommend to go a little further - in rue st Paul you’ll find the same stuff but the personnel is so much more welcoming.
We purchased a lot of souvenirs and had no problems whatsoever.

Horrible. Almost lead me to tears. I bought a Canada necklace just to find it broken once I left the store. My mom insisted we go back to ask for an even exchange. However, the clerk accused me of breaking it even though it was in the rapper until I took it out to put it on. I'm upset that they did not even try to replace it knowing I just bought it. America is not like this! These women were so rude!!' At least at home they would have let me exchange it. It's not letting me I asked for my money back. What a rip off!!
My daughter purchased a necklace from the store. After leaving the store she took her k it out to put on and found it to be broken. We immediately returned to the store and asked for an even exchange just that be rudely met with accusations that my daughter had broken it. We explained how we had just left the store. The two clerks both laughed and insisted that we broke it. It was very hard to not continue to engage in a verbal altercation seeing as though we know we received this defective necklace. I asked for the owners information which I was told his name was Sunny. If by chance you read this review know that 20 will not break us but continuing your business in this fashion will eventually close you down. I'm sorry we went here and made me feel some type of way about Montreal. I can't wait to get back home. This made our whole trip bitter to say the least. What a group of rude women. Disappointed!
We stepped into the store to buy some gifts and souvenir. As soon as we stepped in... the employees are behind us looking as if we are a THIEF... (YES... treating like a THIEF) and follow us everywhere we go... We interact with 4 employees.. and three are in the same way, looking at us and following us...most of the souvenirs are China product!!!! One STAR is for the number of items they carry.... Customer SERVICE... ZERO....
