In trying to make an exchange of a Christmas present, I was told that the store policy was for store credit only. I have no problem with the policy except that when I tried to find a piece at the same price, I was able to find earrings that were either 20 more or 20 less than the original purchase price. The clerk, who I think was the owner & was very rude, was willing to take my 20 for the more expensive purchase but was unwilling to give me a 20 refund on a 95 purchase. My son-in-law had purchased more than one item as a gift that totaled around 250. He won't be shopping at the store again.
