My mother and I spent two weeks in this charming apartment that has been completely renewed and tastefully decorated in a modern fashion. Very clean, spacious and luminous, fully equipped with all amenities. It is located in a residential area, very quiet and green, ideal for walks in two nearby parks. The owners are lovely people, helpful and available at all times. We highly recommend this place !

I rented a place for an exchange semester with two friends and I‘m very happy I did! The apartment had a great location in Le Plateau and was in a very good condition, simple furniture and equipment but everything we needed. The rent is reasonable considering the service that was offered. Gigi and Daniel were always available if something needed to be fixed or replaced. Overall very satisfying experience and I’d recommend to future exchange students!

I rented a room here for my exchange semester for 4 months and I would do so again! The apartment was in very good condition with everything we needed and the location could have not been better in Le Plateau. Eventough we paid a little more, this was fully justified considering that we did not have to take care of anything and there was no problem that could not be solved. Gigi and Daniel were also always available via text. This was a very comfortable solution for my stay in Canada, as there was one less thing to worry about. I would definitely recommend this to any incoming exchange students!

I stayed with Boavista at the end of 2018 as part of my exchange to Montreal and I could not have been happier with the experience I got. Not only was the apartment in an amazing condition, lovely location and with great housemates, but dealing with the tenants was an absolute dream. They would often check in on you making sure everything was okay, provided you with a great explanation of how everything worked and were always down for a chat and even some dinner or a glass of wine, it felt as if we were all a group of friends by the end. Their knowledge of Montreal was impeccable, giving us multiple recommendations on how to get around, where to eat and how to enjoy their city. They even put us into contact with other people from the apartments they managed, allowing us to make even more friends and have an even greater time in Montreal. THANK YOU BOAVISTA !!
