I had a truly wonderful experience here and purchased a Jenny Packham gown, my dream dress! Natasha and the ladies were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and engaged. Appropriate undergarments were provided where needed, and the service was impeccable. Finding the right gown is an important endeavour and not without some anxiety. I could not have wished for a more pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend White Montreal.

From my first visit to White, I felt at home. They truly know how to make us feel like princesses, listening to us and being extremely patient. I had the pleasure to working with Katherine and Natasha at first and by the time I had chosen my dress, it was as if I had gained new friends. Even with the way they take the measurements, it is so detailed and precise, there is no room for error. Once my dress arrived, it was as though Natasha was even more excited to see it on me than I was! From the trials, to helping me pick my shoes and earrings, and answering my billion questions (including the day before the wedding), they truly care. They do NOT disappoint. My expectations were even surpassed, I can’t thank them enough. Special thank you to Natasha. Love you! (Too bad we can’t keep on buying wedding dresses at our anniversaries) :)
I absolutely loved White! They have a beautiful collection and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful and patient while I searched for my dress. I in particular cannot recommend Natasha more! She really went above and beyond to hear out any of my concerns and she expertly offered fantastic advice and feedback and feasible options on what we can do for my dress to help me realize my vision. The dress itself was custom-sized which was a must for me as I'm quite short and then it was altered to perfection by their seamstress Mila with Natasha accompanying me through every appointment. Their gowns are certainly gorgeous but the staff there really make the experience there magical. The bridal world can be busy and chaotic with so many options and opinions but the girls at White really are experts at what they do and they really help you navigate all the possible options and looks and help you realize your true look and vision so that you feel and look your best! I could not recommend this boutique more!
