AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! All the good reviews are from buyers only. I have not read a good review from someone doing service with this dealer. Remember, if you buy from them, you are likely to have to bring it there for reparations. YOU WILL REGRET IT AFTER. I brought my car for reparations under Kia Protect. They charged me 200 to run a diagnosis even if the reparations were covered under warranty and the 50 deductible. They did one reparation but the couldn't do the other because \the piece broke on delivery\. The asked me to bring the car at a later date for it. I brought back to install winter tires and the unfinished reparation and they charged me another 50 deductible when they explicitly said I only had to pay 50 for all the work under warranty!!!! Not only that, the bolt cover on my mags was not properly installed or not installed at all and two of them are missing and they don't wanna take responsibility.
I had an amazing experience at Kia Ville Marie, they were quick and efficient at getting me a car that I wanted while also working with me on the price. Johny found me a car and rushed the car out from out of city in order to complete the purchase. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone, the cars sell themselves including the great warranty from the manufacturer but the service and customer service was top notch as well.

I am being frank here, I usually pay for my cars in cash, and I am not rich by any means. I had made an appointment on a Saturday to meet with a sales person to see a car that , and due to change in schedule arrived early. Now usually these two things would lead to me being treated like a leaper. As in I have a limited budget, and I arrived early. Instead I was greeted politely when I walked in, a free sales person took the time to walk with me to see the car I had been in touch with the dealership about. I was even shown a car that had just arrived, and told the pros and cons of both cars. When I asked for several reports on the cars they had no problem providing them to me. I didn't feel any pressure from them to go to credit to expand my reach. Their prices I found were very competitive. They treat customers how we should be treated when buying a car, and have none of the negative stereotypical habits you associate with a place that sells used cars. I would encourage you to start with them if you are looking for a new car.
