I don’t know where to start but this is by far the worst building I have ever lived in full. Some of the neighbors are very kind and delightful, but on the other hand their are also a group of bigoted people who leave racist notes on your door atnight anonymously.( I HAVE LIVED IN CANADA MY WHOLE LIFE.......) I guess they discriminate against you if your a different race(disgusting) as you can see this note was left on my door and a week later another note was left on my door management didn’t seem to do much besides arrange a meeting with him (...why would I EVER want to sit down with this person)ridiculous. What angered me the most was the management attentiveness in regards to this incident . I’m not surprised by the other reviews, they are pretty accurate, management doesn’t seem to care somewhat lacklustre. Anyone who’s going to move in please take a good look at these notes before you make a decision. if you want to look at the note i'm talking about it is under my photos.

Broken building with high cost, Capreit is really bad at maintaining this place. All the tenants that you pass by in the elevator will tell you the same. Wack heating during winter almost not working at all, there a concierge that just applied seal product to keep the cold air from outside to get inside, like what? poor paint job, poor followups on repairs... DO NOT RENT HERE.
I have always loved this building. I have lived in two different units over the years and they have both been in great shape and well taken care of by management. It's located very conveniently, the maintenance staff are always efficient and very friendly. My experience has been worry free and great!
I would not recommend this building. Maybe I moved in at a really bad time, but there were a bunch of errors and I felt the staff did little to help (could be due to under-staffing and over-working, or just apathy). I literally had to create a fake email address and give this place a 5-star rating to bump it up from an average of 1.0 stars (meaning every single review was exactly the minimum). Hopefully in the future it will be much better! I think they are done (or nearly done) renovations and construction, but I'm sure they'll start another project in the next few weeks. Pro: amazing location decent sized apartment parking is available for Con: disorganised management*** - multiple issues with this. construction from 8am on weekdays and occasionally on Saturdays. they make things \good enough\ rather than actually solving it and showing a little pride in their work. you have to complain multiple times in writing before things are fixed properly. it feels like they are run in a very capitalistic mindset, id est - spend as little as possible and make as much possible. Keep people just happy enough that they don't leave, without spending too much. I prefer living somewhere that they make the effort and take your complaints seriously.
They plain suck. Everything they say and do is bullshit. Their word means nothing. Better look for another place to live. Nothing they say is ever done. They are suppose to come one day to fix something but instead they tell you a few days later why it wasn't done, regardless of the reason they should contact you the same day rather than make you waste a day waiting for them and missing work. They don't care.
