Sudha was my agent for the purchase of my first home – a duplex in the Lasalle area. I was extremely pleased with his service. Being a first time home buyer, I was undecided as to whether I wanted to own a condo, a single family home, a duplex or a triplex. I also did not have a clear idea of how much I needed to pay. Sudha has excellent knowledge of the financing, construction, taxation and revenue aspects of real estate. His knowledge and willingness to ensure that I found the property that would best fit my needs helped me narrow the decision down quickly. He did this by showing me several properties of the various categories at different price points that matched my initial list of criteria. He then helped me look at the pros and cons of each. I was then able to make an informed choice. Sudha always did his homework for each property I was shown. He knew the history of each building, was able to identify design and construction issues, renovations that will be required in the short and long term. Because of his knowledge of construction, he is able to give you on-the-spot estimates of additional renovation and ongoing costs that will be required once the home is purchased. He is also a tough negotiator when it comes to closing the deal. I strongly recommend Sudha for buying/selling your next property.
