I really loved the experience that I had at this hospital. All staff were amazingly nice and treated people in the best way. Service was pretty quick and wait time was not very long. All staff communicated excellently in English and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The Doctor was also very helpful and knowledgeable and dedicated a decent time to visit me. All in all, I highly suggest going to this hospital in case of emergency.

I had my first in hospital overnight stay in St Mary's. Very impressive. From the nurses who met me in emergency to the later Emergency nurses and doctors. Dr. Georges Saegean is a gem. Coupled with Doctors Dylewski and Drummond. I will continue to drive from Nun's Island. Still a little suspicious that my allergy surfaced 4 days after I received the Covid vaccination.
The ladies who are on duty on Feb 17, 2021 @ 1:55 pm to 3:15 pm! Lab test area. Those ladies in the cubicle receiving numbers from the pt. Literally, doing nothing. Just laughing and just sitting and just staring and waiting for the closing time. Yes, I do not have appointment, but there's no patient at all to wait for almost 2hours. It's really obvious that there's no one in there anymore! EXCEPT ME! @ around 3 From #S407 suddenly jump to my #S413. After I got called in that cubicle, I still have to wait. Then I found out that my # wasn't registered in the screen. Luckily the lady who's taking the blood sample called me already inside and told to the ladies in that cubicle that THEY DIDN'T REGISTERED my # on the screen. Please have some consideration for someone like me who just have barely time to go see the doctor and to do lab test! Specially if there are no patient around. Give us the service that we deserve! Cause at the end of the day, we're still paying our RAMQ to get the service that we deserve! -0 STAR FOR THOSE LADIES! What a waste of money for this kind of staffs.
We liked it very much. All the nurses, doctors and even medical students were very kind and supportive. Thanks to all of you. And hope to see you guys again in future..
