The food tasted freshly made. Didnt like the sauce too much was a bit too watery for me. The portion is very good. I had the chicken since there was no option for half and half. Rice could do with a bit more flavor.

Had the chicken, wife had the veg meal. The Veg meal was delicious esp when mixed with rice. The pickled stuff they gave us in the little cup was so hot but so addictive. The Mac salad was refreshing, creaming, and a great foil to the spice. And! It was under 20 bucks for the both of us. Please dont be put off by the tiny shop and strange location. this place is a gem!
The food never tastes the same. Sometimes it's so good it reminds me of real Haitian street food, but most of the time it lacks taste. I have ordered there many times but recently the portions have gotten smaller. They are alsl not well organized at all. They get many orders but they're only 2 in the restaurant. This makes waiting times sort of long.
Ordered using Doordash. Took a while but the wait was definitely worth it. Best value for your dollar. Crispy outside but super tender and juicy inside for both chicken and griot. The sauce is super flavourful and the pikliz are the perfect amount of spice. I will definitely reorder (or even go to the actual restaurant!) also the Mac salad was REALLY comforting and tasty. Overall a wonderful meal!
Food is delicious and tasty. Food has a good presentation for take out. Price is good for the quality and quantity. However restaurant presentation and price add could be improved . Staff should also be more enthousiatic.. I would go back for sure

I've tried many créole places in Montreal, and honestly this little hole in the wall place might be the best. Fresh, tasty, big and cheap.
