You might want to reconsider Videotron. Went on Holidays, and had the travel plan. I already had my phone that was fully functional for Canada and the states; and before leaving I had inquired what I had to do. And that it would be 11/ a day (24 Hr period) when in the Bahamas; Well, my phone stopped working for me On December 30th, after meeting up with family in Orlando. And I could not get it to work until Jan 4th, when I had to get my son to call in once we drove back into Canada. Then they activated my phone, where I could make calls only; but I could still not receive calls, texts or have use to the internet. I finally got things working on the 6th. Which was frustrating, because it’s my business phone? After talking to them, I found out that they are charging me 1200 for Dec 31st and January 1; the two days that I was in the Bahamas; which should have been 11/day. On top of that, I had no service and my phone was not working. They said that it was because I used 5 megabytes.\tSo from Jan 4th, until Feb 6th, I have been calling almost every couple of days to resolve this; in where a supervisor is suppose to call me back, and it has not happened yet. And it is mainly due to the fact that they did not activate things on their side. I took the time and effort to make sure I had things done properly before leaving on holidays, and been trying to rectify this nightmare; and I keep on getting pushed around and ignored. And on top of this, they are going to want interest on this. I am not paying for something that they said I was covered for, and because they messed up on their side. They said I would have got a text or email to confirm, but never received any; and it is kind of hard to, if your phone has been frozen by them. The fact that companies take advantage of you, and ignore in resolving issues; is frustrating and unfair. Do think twice, before going with this company, especially if you are travelling.

Une vraie honte pour le Québec entier. Une mega corporation mal honnête qui essaie de contrôler le message de la pensée unique au Québec! Ce genre d’entreprise critique les Walmarts de ce monde mais est bien pire, car elle diffuse des nouvelles biaisés et ont une historique d’étique entrepreneuriale vraiment questionnable!
terrible. évitez tout ce qui touche a cette compagnie. Problèmes avec Vidéotron, Fizz. Ce n'est jamais smooth. Ils ont perdue ma commande mais ont pris mon argent, là je dois me battre pour me faire rembourser.
J'y travaille, alors n'attendez pas d'objectivité de ma part ;-) Je mets 5 étoiles pour la place donnée aux artistes, régulièrement exposés dans le hall. Pas toujours de mon goût, mais ça a le mérite d'utiliser intelligemment l'espace intérieur du hall de building de centre ville. À noter que ces commentaires sont émis à titre personnel.
