I have been dining at this restaurant since 2001. Great authentic Italian food at good prices and good portions. Most dishes are home made and there are lots of hard-to-find specialties, such as their unique olives. I live about 20 kms away, definitely worth the experience. Clean restaurant, friendly staff, not long to get food. Excellent service. It's an old building so watch the few steps inside here and there as well as when using the bathroom.

took my girlfriend on a date here and we were very impressed. We ordered the burrata as an appetizer. It came on a nice thick piece of toast and was garnished with some figs and balsamic glaze, a bit of arugula. The other piece was covered in some sort of tomato sauce and roasted garlic. Very nice. Then we each ordered a different special of the day. I had the osso buco and she had chicken fiorentine. The meat was delicious and was accompanied by a tagliatelle. The chicken was tender and flavorful and also accompanied by a linguine or similar pasta with what appeared to be a vodka sauce. We were blown away. My ONLY minor complaint was with the cannoli for desert, I feel like it tasted mainly of vanilla extract. Everything else was spot on though; we're already fantasizing about our next visit. One of my favorite Italian eateries. They have weekly/seasonal dishes they serve up so be sure to visit often to see what's on the menu. You can pretty much pick anything off the menu and enjoy it. The lasagna is very good.
