Marisela and her team did an outstanding job on my dress within a short period of time and at a reasonable price. Horrible experience for bride and bridesmaids. We are a group of 8 bridesmaids and while the actual experience of trying on dresses was great (service and attention impeccable), they ended up getting our order almost completely wrong. For two of the bridesmaids the colour was not what was promised. One dress never arrived. 3 other dresses were not at all what was originally ordered. I personally tried to call to fix the issue but with almost no time until the wedding, I will have to settle with the wrong dress. I tried calling the store and it goes straight to voicemail and the inbox is full so I can't even leave a message. I would NEVER recommend anyone go here. I can't believe how awful this experience has been for the bride and bridesmaids.
Experience was OKAY only because it was the only store that was empty . So i got served right away . I knew which designer I liked and the woman literally ripped the books out of our hands when we were looking at the model numbers . But every dress I liked she said she sold which is confussing considering they are supposed to have the sample size. So i only tried 1 dress which was not even the style i wanted. Ended up going 2 doors down to ami-fer. She let me go through the whole book and pulled all the styles I liked.
I got my bridesmaid dress here at a really good price!
