This was the smoothest car buying process. Sami is a great car salesperson. Ask for him. He compared several different brands and models. Explained the pros and cons. Didn’t push or pressurized. Went above and beyond to explain the Quebec regulations that we were not aware of. Highly recommending Sami for your next car purchase.

Service department is disorganized at best. They don't follow their own checklists or keep their files up to date. They don't warn you before doing work even if you ask in writing to be informed. As for the sales department, they are very responsive before the sale but not so much afterward. In my case they also provided inaccurate info about the lease before signing that cost me hundreds of dollars down the road. I don't trust either department and try to avoid dealing with them as much as possible.
