Great communication and service. I bought a machine online as is, that needed more work than I thought and John gave gave me a substantial rebate to go towards repairs. Responses were fast and helpful. Would definitely buy from them again.
I purchased a Hydraulic press from Machineco, It took a little time to dot all the I's and cross all the t's, for the payment from the US to Canada and then the paperwork to get it across the border and shipped to Pennsylvania. John was a nice person to work with and responsive. In spite of the fact it took about 2 month from the time we started the process until the press arrived I still had a good experience. For me its more about sending the money and receiving the item then getting the press next day (Prime).

Thorough and knowledgeable, they have been in business for many years with a stellar reputation of integrity, fair pricing, prompt delivery. I also note what the other poster noted about real estate venues, this city needs more unique industrial heritage sites for parties and events, so very glad to see that they are preserving our city at the same time.
