Mr. Antonio who received us was very good in communication and is very efficient. That's all I can say good about this clinic. The French speaking receptionist who takes the call is very rude if you speak in English. She is speaking like someone forced her to do this job and as if she is doing some kind of favor. I am not sure why they employ such rude people as receptionists. Bad for business. She won't care to tell customers that they won't accept credit cards or even debit cards. Maybe she said that ? but her rudeness and her mumbling in English might have made it difficult for me to understand what she was saying as she was in a rush to hang up the phone. It's 2020, but they won't accept credit card for payments. They also charge extra 20 per person than other immigration clinics for the same tests !! The bathroom is in horrible condition. The clinic itself is in horrible condition. After all, immigration clinics are a lucrative business and since they don't serve Canadian citizens, there is little incentive to be of good quality. Do yourself a favor Please take your business to some other immigration clinics. The parking is another issue here. Very difficult to find a parking.

The receptionist is the worst, 36 times I have tried calling and twice the receptionist hung up on me. They forgot to return my passport to me so I tried calling. I had to make an hour journey to retrieve it.

Went there for immigration related medical visit. It appears to be a big chunk of their business so they are pretty efficient and the man who handles your paperwork speaks several languages. However i'm only putting 2 stars because the clinic needs a serious update. I had to go to the bathroom for a urine sample. There is only one bathroom used by everyone. The door doesnt close properly, there was no toilet paper and the sink was broken. The rest of the facility could also use some updates, like at least a card terminal, it's 2019...

Really awkward and difficult experience. Went to the front desk for the clinic and the reception spoke zero English, she had to search around for someone to translate. I explained I was in a car accident with non-serious injuries. She said I would be waiting 30 minutes and I said that's fine. Almost 2 hours later, I get to see a doctor. When I explain I'm waiting for my carte d'assurance maladie to arrive in the mail and was in a car accident, I'm told I'm at the wrong clinic for car accident injuries? Then the doctor calls the receptionist into the room and irately explains the mix up to her and she starts apologizing. She prints me out a piece of paper with numbers and addresses for other clinics, that most turn out to be outdated and no longer existing clinics.
