Worst customer experience ever! I went there to repair my purse. The SA was extremely rude, had no knowledge of the products they sell. He had to ask for a colleague’s opinion, almost to ensure I am not lying about the damage. His coworker suggested it does happen and asked me to hold on for a moment. I was requested to wait away from the counter he was working on. Then asked me to go to the area where he was to announce the great news! It’s going to cost a fortune to send to a repair while clearly it’s not a misuse concern - as per the associate. In addition, he was done with the conversation after 2 minutes trying to look for the next client to serve while there was was no one waiting! Never seen anything like this especially from a luxury brand. I would have probably considered it should I had a decent service. Never buying again from LV and recommend no one does. Definitely go for Chanel! Better products and customer service is the best!

I had a wonderful experience recently at this location. My SA was Duo Wang, she was very helpful and made my shopping experience fun. It was busy so we had to wait, it was well worth it. I was lucky enough to be paired with Duo. I hope to see her again soon!

Im not sure why there is bunch of negative reviews here. My remote shopping experience has been great with this store. I’m from a different province and the piece I was looking for was only available in this location in Canada. I booked a virtual appointment online, on the day of appointment CHRISTINA (SA) contacted me in advanced to prepare for our appointment, we did the transaction over the phone and she mailed the item to my home, and I received it within 2 days, and Im very grateful. If virtual customer service is so good Im having a hard time to believe that the F2F customer experiences have been so bad. Thanks again Christina!!!

I personally haven’t been in store physically as I live in Manitoba. My SA Talisa for almost 2.5 years now has been nothing but amazing. This will be my 3rd purchase virtually as we communicate through call/text. Talisa goes above and beyond her job as an SA since she always does her best to find me what I want (ex: if they don’t have the specific style I want in store, she orders it for me). Love her!
