I can not describe how I am feeling. I have been injured recently and so I am not able to go to work for about a month. I contacted this company to file a claim. However, I was told I can not file a claim because my disability due to injury must last at least 119 days. When I asked why, I was told that was on the contract. So, basically the representative simply fooled me when I was signing the contract. He said nothing about this 119 days of waiting period. He did not mention any of that. I find this extremely unfair and unprofessional. I made my premium payments regularly and never missed any of them for years. I will cancel my contract with them as soon as possible and find a decent and honest company.

I arranged this insurance through my bank. I had been told that I would be contacted for a phone interview. After a week, I hadn't heard anything so I followed up. Finally I got a call to set up a phone interview for Thursday. Wednesday evening I get a phone call from a guy calling from his personal number wanting to make an appointment to come to my house the following morning to \take my vital signs and a urine sample.\ That is weird and creepy. Okay - he said he was connected with the insurance company but how am I supposed to know that?! I hadn't received any notification or information confirming his identity. He could be anybody! I'm not going to simply take the word of some guy who calls me up out of the blue and agree that he can come to my house the next day to examine me!!! In my opinion, the appropriate way to deal with this would have been for the bank to inform me in advance that a physical examination and urine sample would be required. Then I should have received notification from the insurance company - not from some random guy calling from his personal number - informing me that I would be contacted by a health service provider for the purposes of collecting such and such information and samples, precisely what the purpose of the tests were, and under what conditions they could be collected (ie. at my house, at a clinic). The procedure that was followed instead was unprofessional and disturbing. Fast forward to Thursday morning - we had arranged a phone interview for 10am. I thought I would have an opportunity in the phone interview to ask about the phone call I'd received the night before. However, by 10:20 I still hadn't heard anything. I called them. The only option is to leave a message. I still haven't heard back. This is an unprofessional company. You don't want them looking after your insurance.
I keep trying to call the agent and they don't even get back to me. Ive been calling for a good month still no answer. Very unprofessional. They kept saying agent call you, but no one call, very disappointed
The worst experience i ever had, i have an insurance with this company for almost 10 years, the only true review i can give is that they are the worst. Very poor customer service, they loose important documents even when you get a confirmation email. They try their best not to pay you and they always find an excuse. recently one of their agent (Mirella) told me that loosing my document was an error and (l'erreur c'est humain) why should i accept and deal with their mistakes they will never consider your mistake or you as human. don't waist your money with them, i am calling my broker to find another provider today, enough is enough imagine if i was trying to scam them....
Worse company of insurance. The agent will not help you to deal with company. The customer service doesn't have any answers and responsible people from other departments are never available. They never call back as promised to give explanations. They looses the receipts you send them for refund and refuse claims. They don't have an online account for participants and the claims cannot be submitted electronically. Really poor service.
