Very high quality futon mattress, round bolsters and custom made cover turned my old dumpy looking futon into a very slick looking piece of furniture. I ordered it all online. The staff were super helpful and professional. They have tons of fabric choices for the cover. They even sent me swatches since I was from out of town. They have their own delivery people who made sure I would be home when they arrived. Everything is extremely well made - and all made in CANADA to boot. Totally recommended.

Ordering online was very easy, called the store to ask about a few things and the store team was very helpful, the delivery was right on time, the assembly instructions are not the most thorough I’ve seen, but they are clear enough to not give you any trouble. I’m somewhat handy (not too much though) and I took care of the assembly by myself in about two hours without running into any issues, just do make sure you have a square-type screwdriver for the screws that attach the wheels, an adjustable spanner also helps with the metallic nuts for the back support, other than that, a normal Phillips screwdriver and the Allen key included with the futon are all you will need. After I was done, I sat on my futon and actually nodded off for a few hours, the thing is insanely comfortable, it is worth every dollar.
