Awesome experience at the store. Knowledgeable staff that wasn't pushing products or anything, just gladly talking about coffee and coffee making. Only note is I wish the selection of brands was a bit larger (profitec, bezzera, etc)

The Faema team is unbelievably helpful. Customer service is incredible. Service department is run by a knowledgeable gentleman, willing to help in every way; can’t do miracles, of course, but close! I would give 6 stars!
