Somewhere where people are put first. I cannot describe how empathetic and genuine the staff is. All of them! I got to work with Daphne and Anne Sophie. 2 of the kindest nurses i ever met. Professional. Provide advice. Tailor the appointment for the patient. Demonstrate care and go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable. The tests are simple and results come back very fast. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I arrived at 9:40 for an appointment at 10:00. I gave my presence and was given a form. I was waiting for my name to be called only to be told at 10:20, when I got tired of waiting and went to the desk, that I arrived late and they won't be able to pass me. Simply for not giving back my form before they called me. The receptionist had the nerve to watch me sit in front of her and wait as my time runs out for my appointment. Afterwards she refused to give me the next time slot. Terrible service, I will never return.

Horrible. This guys have no clue what they are doing in terms of taking an appointment. First they notify that you need a family doctor prescription only when your online appointment is confirmed. Then, they do not clearly instruct on whose name should be the reference and then they asked me to go again to my family doctor to correct not clear what. Very, very unprofessional. So I canceled.

Horrible. Awful secretary that should mind her business. The nurse diagnosed and prescribed pills and 24 H called to say that they wrongly diagnosed and that the medication should be stopped. Need to consult a real doctor...
